Introducing Thomas Jose, RN, BSN Clinical Operations Manager

Thomas Jose, RN, BSN

Our newest staff member, Thomas Jose brings over a decade of experience in high-acuity clinical environments, including critical care, cardiovascular ICU, and perioperative nursing within large health systems. A registered nurse by training, Thomas combines strong clinical judgment with exceptional organizational and quality improvement skills. He is known for his calm, compassionate approach and his ability to understand the complex medical and emotional needs of the clients we serve at Oasis Wellness & Recovery. As Clinic Operations Manager, Thomas plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, supporting clinical excellence, and helping Oasis continue to deliver thoughtful, high-quality care in a safe and welcoming environment.

Thomas will be replacing Josh Deese, who has accepted a full-time position as the Head Chaplain for Marion County Fire Rescue. Josh will be at Oasis until the end of February and will be helping to train Thomas. Josh will be missed greatly but this new position is clearly something God has been preparing him for many years.
