Psychedelics in Recovery (PIR) is a fellowship of people in 12-step programs who also have an interest in psychedelics and/or plant medicines as an aid to their recovery. After six years of deeply strategic, thoughtful, and deliberate peer-led self-organizing, the recovery fellowship known as PIR has registered as a nonprofit corporation in the state of Colorado. You can read more on the PIR website and in this Q&A in the Community Psychologist.
