While we do not work directly with insurance companies, we provide you with everything you need to file a claim yourself! This includes a superbill (itemized statement) and a handy app, Reimbursify, to help you quickly file your claim. You can even file a claim online in just a few minutes!
Each infusion is $349, which is $149 for the medical office visit and $200 for the infusion itself. Most insurance companies will pay at least a portion of the office visit. Some are now paying for the infusion itself. Out-of-network rates apply. Please check with your company to verify coverage.
